📢 Successful Completion of the SAFE-HOTELS Project! As part of our ongoing research and innovation activities, we are proud to announce the successful completion of the project “Enhancing Food Safety and Sustainability in Hotel Kitchens” (SAFE-HOTELS), supported by the Research and Innovation Foundation through the Innovation Vouchers Programme.
🔬 Through our collaboration with the Knowledge Intensive Organisation MC Analysis Center Ltd, we received specialized microbiological and chemical analyses in a simulated hotel kitchen environment. Their scientific expertise enabled us to identify critical food safety risks, improve hygiene practices, and enhance sustainability by integrating circular economy principles into our operations.
✅ The project results significantly strengthened our capacity to apply safe, sustainable, and evidence-based practices in hospitality environments—bridging the gap between theory and real-world application.
